Having a degree in marketing and administration, he could barely reside in an office whole day and decided to change course. Being employed for over 15 years as a diver and project manager at former Benelux Diving, Kristof was engaged to start up Belgium Diving, associated with Holland Diving International. With a focus on civil works, Kristof is also eager to use his experience in the shipping industry where he also often runs a dive team. His technical and administrational skills give him the power to run and manage Belgium Diving and bring it to a higher level in the near future. He is a dedicated husband and father with two young children.

From a land based agriculture education making an overnight switch to the maritime industry, Jasper proved himself right to become a qualified diver. Combined with his technical knowledge, social skills and focus on service he is a well-respected operations manager and participant in Belgium Diving’s expansion. Being a young father, Japser spends a substantial amount of time being away for this work but appreciates even more being home with his wife and two small children.

For those who have been in maritime business for a while, Martin doesn’t need to be introduced. He had his first underwater experience somewhere in 1982 and after travelling the globe for a few decades to serve and repair ships, we managed to engage him to join our group of companies. Practical knowledge, sales experience and customer service focus are his biggest assets. A diplomatic approach combined with a sense of humor allows him to open doors and generate more business and meeting our targets.
